We accept questions and consultations regarding course registration, timetables, classes, etc.
Information will be provided via the student portal system and Academic Affairs Division website.
We provide information such as handbooks, academic calendar, My Timetable, report cards, class cancellations, syllabi, textbook sales, classroom and timetable changes, and messages from teachers.
Exam timetable, syllabus and other announcements will be posted here.
The exam timetable will be announced one week before the exam begins.
Results will be announced in mid-September and mid-March.
We accept applications for absence from lectures, applications for make-up exams in case of missing regular exams, etc.
(We also accept applications for tuition deferrals, transfers to other departments and majors, leave of absence, withdrawal, re-enrollment, name changes, address changes, etc.)
We will issue transcripts, certificates of expected graduation, certificates of student status, and other certificates.
However, certificates that can be issued using the automated certificate issuing machine (Papyrus Mate) will not be issued at the counter.

*10:00-16:00 during the summer (closed on Saturdays)
*Closed on Sundays, national holidays (excluding days when classes are held), the founding anniversary, and during summer and winter holidays.
*Please note that even if you visit or contact us during business hours, we may not be able to respond on the same day depending on the content of your inquiry.
